Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team at Mena Group - the leading real estate development company. The ideal candidate will support the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, working closely with senior architects, and internal stakeholders to help bring innovative, functional, and sustainable projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
- Support the design team in all phases of the project lifecycle—from concept development to construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits and collect data.
- Help maintain compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and local authority requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for planning applications and permits.
- Assist with project documentation, including specifications, BOQs, and material selections.
- Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback into project deliverables.
- Stay current on architectural trends, sustainability standards, and new building technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or development.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced development environment.
