Job Description
- Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources
- Interview job applicant; review applications and CVs; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Responsible for arranging interviews with the candidates and the managers.
- Prepare Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD in addition to updating the Job Descriptions for all promoted and transferred employees.
- Assist in the Training & Development process of the
Job Requirements
- With previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, Labor Law knowledge.
- Worked on ERP System , HITS is preferable.
- Bachelor degree from a well known university.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR , serving blue and white collars.
- Quick learner and people oriented.
- Excellent in English and in MS office (Excel, Visio, and Power Point).
