Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, conversions, and sales on our e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and analyze website and e-commerce platform performance, including page load times and conversion rates
- Identify and troubleshoot platform-specific issues and recommend improvements
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in e-commerce and online retailing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
