Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex MEP projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management within the engineering or construction sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale MEP or engineering projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions under pressure.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and cost controls.
