Job Description

  • Supports and provides superior service via phones, and e-mails as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Identify customers' needs to reach customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to the customers.
  • Keeping records of clients’ interactions, comments and complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Males & Females.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Giza resident.
