Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Provider Enrollment: Enroll healthcare providers with insurance companies, validate enrollments, and submit applications.
  • Application Follow-Up: Track and follow up on submitted applications to ensure timely processing.
  • Portal Creation: Develop and manage portals to facilitate the billing process. 
  • Direct Deposit Setup: Initiate setup for direct deposit transfers from insurance companies to providers. 
  • Electronic Remittance Advice: Implement Electronic Remittance Advice to streamline payment collection. 
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve enrollment issues and provide customer support

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required: 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level minimum, excellent to be fluent). 
  • Professional Email Writing: Ability to communicate professionally through emails.
  •  Phone Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and follow up through phone calls. 
  • Google Sheets and Excel: Ability to work on Google Sheets. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
  •  Experience: Previous experience in credentialing or healthcare administration is a plus.
  •  Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
