Job Description

  • Development of fully integrated Baseline EPC Level 3 schedules in primavera P6
  • Development of Level 2 Schedules to support Proposals.
  • Monthly updates of Project Master Level 3 schedules
  • Conduct Critical Path Analyses and recommend mitigating actions where necessary.
  • Production of progress, productive curves and earned value reporting.
  • Recovery schedules, revised baselines, delay analysis etc.
  • Daily progress updates.
  • Provide more detailed cost reporting daily or weekly updates, as required.
  • Track budget and highlight budget impacts to the project control manager.
  • Review target budgets in conjunction with engineering, project, and construction management.
  • Support the change control process, establishing the necessary forms, logs and expediting methods.
  • Develop Risk mitigation reports.
  • Invoicing
  • Assist with review and development, issuance and evaluation of subcontract change orders as required for their project tracks.
  • Initiate day-to-day discussions with all groups involved in a project to assess the change / schedule implication of ongoing work.
  • Estimation of resources based on site productivity.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience with 2+ years’ experience as a Planning engineer in projects > 50Mil$
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 software
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
