Job Description
- Manage Travel requirements including visa application, flight tickets and hotel reservation ensuring all necessary logistics are in place.
- Editing/developing all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, capability statements, proposals.
- Responsible for communicating the progress of such material to management.
- Update database or records with new information as it becomes available.
- Understand management requirements and recommend new programs or enhancements to current portfolio.
- Create social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Responsible for maintaining all related Documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, as necessary.
- Preparing periodical progress reports for head office.

Job Requirements
- Nearest Sheik Zayed city preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related discipline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Creative copywriting skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Presentable
- Good multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Strong ability to follow-up and coordinate with colleagues
- Able to work flexible working hours.
