Job Description

  • Manage Travel requirements including visa application, flight tickets and hotel reservation ensuring all necessary logistics are in place.
  • Editing/developing all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, capability statements, proposals.
  • Responsible for communicating the progress of such material to management.
  • Update database or records with new information as it becomes available.
  • Understand management requirements and recommend new programs or enhancements to current portfolio.
  • Create social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Responsible for maintaining all related Documentation. 
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, as necessary.
  • Preparing periodical progress reports for head office.

Job Requirements

  • Nearest Sheik Zayed city  preferable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or any related discipline.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Creative copywriting skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Presentable
  • Good multi-tasking and time management abilities.
  • Strong ability to follow-up and coordinate with colleagues
  • Able to work flexible working hours.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
