Job Description
-Production Monitoring & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor production KPIs (cost, delivery, quality) and ensure targets are met.
- Investigate root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure daily production plan execution and address any interruptions.
-Process Optimization & Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize quality and reduce costs.
- Monitor equipment performance, optimize working hours, and support energy-saving initiatives.
-Standardization & Documentation:
- Establish and maintain process standards, work instructions, and operating procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of standardized processes across production lines.
-Production Planning & Support:
- Participate in daily production meetings and offer technical process support.
- Lead or support the introduction and localization of new washing machine models.
-Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, planning, maintenance, and quality departments to solve process issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
-Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
- Promote a culture of innovation, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
-Crisis Management & Emergency Response:
Create emergency action plans to ensure continuity of operations in the event of disruptions.
Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in home appliances and/or sheet metal sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, SPC, FMEA).
• Strong skills in problem solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SOPs and ensure process compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in 5S, Kaizen, and related lean tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
