Job Description
- Support the execution of venture capital transactions, including capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate sales.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of target companies and investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations to support transaction processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging markets, and investment opportunities relevant to venture capital and corporate finance.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and negotiations, providing analytical and strategic support
- Support senior team members in business development initiatives and relationship management.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related financial services field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and client presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
