Job Description
We are seeking a Pipeline & Deal Flow Associate to own our startup sourcing and pipeline management. This is a critical role at the front end of T-Six’s investment process: identifying, engaging, and filtering startups that align with our investment thesis. The ideal candidate will bring strong research capabilities, financial literacy, and excellent communication skills to drive a high-quality deal pipeline that fuels our investment decisions.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related financial services field.
- Very Good written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and client presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
