Job Description
- Research and identify potential clients and new export markets.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
- Prepare and follow up on client communications and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, quality) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade fairs, or virtual negotiations when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in exports or agriculture.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
