Job Description
- Develop business plans with the assigned accounts
- Responsible for gaining new customers and maintaining accounts
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Generate and qualify leads
- Manage and follow up with partners, resellers, leads and customers
- Follow up on collections with partners and customers
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Providing management with market feedback
- Investigate existing products/ services and compare them with competitors’
- Develop and maintain customer database
- Write standard proposals
- Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Make sales calls and meetings to new and existing clients
- Negotiate and propose to customers
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts
- Handle the business process on CRM.
- Achieve target revenue
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Good business sense
- Understanding the Egyptian Insurance Market and competitors' products
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Self-motivated but able to work as part of a team

- Excellent presentation skills
- Confidence presenting to large groups of people
- Smart appearance and professional manner
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications

- Proven track record of providing actionable solutions
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
- Min. 3 years’ experience in the Egyptian Insurance Field.
