Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and blended drinks, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and seasonal offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently, performing regular maintenance as needed.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs to management.
Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and provide support as needed.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.

Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation.
Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items, equipment, and procedures.
