Job Description

The Clubs Facility Management Engineer is a highly specialized, hands-on role responsible for the technical integrity and operational excellence of all club facilities. This position focuses on the engineering aspects of facility management, including the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Reporting to the Deputy Club Manager, the engineer ensures that all infrastructure, from HVAC and electrical grids to specialized sports equipment, is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Job Requirements

Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance of all MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water management.
Act as the primary technical expert for diagnosing and resolving complex engineering issues within the facility.
Oversee and execute minor to mid-scale facility upgrade projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide technical supervision and quality assurance for all engineering-related work performed by external vendors and contractors.
Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor and analyze the performance of all building systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
