Job Description
- Manage daily operations of company facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Supervise security, cleaning, and third-party vendors/contractors.
- Monitor facility budgets and manage operational expenses.
- Coordinate logistics, supplies, utilities, and waste management.
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Support departments with facility needs and space planning.
- Prepare operational performance reports and identify improvement areas.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent issues.
Job Requirements
- Male, aged 35 or younger.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel locally between sites when required.
