Job Description

A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company’s products, services, or brand. Their role often includes a mix of strategic planning, creative development, and analytical work to help a business grow its customer base and market presence.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. 
  • Managing current products and develop new products packeging Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. 
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies are used. 
  • Participate and work with the R&D team, to develop and create new products, and to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. 
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms (social media, email, SEO), print media, and traditional outlets like TV or radio. 
  • Collaborate with outsourced specialists to develop compelling content, including advertisements, articles, and videos, tailored to engage and resonate with the target audience aligned with the brand’s objectives. 
  • Track the success of marketing campaigns through KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement. 
  • Engage with customers through direct marketing, events, promotions, and feedback loops to strengthen relationships and loyalty (when requested)
