Job Description
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure optimal agreements.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Construction procurement.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Very good command of English language.
