Job Description
- Install the operating system and do troubleshooting.
- Provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
- Respond to resolve help desk requests.
- Installation for required software Programs from allowed list
- Respond to employees’ Problems (Mail – Printing … etc.)
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
- Advise user on appropriate action.
- stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
- Use ticketing system for help desk tasks and report them to Head of Operation and audit
Work under Company policies and Audit requirement including ISO
Job Requirements
- Computer Degree
- Good command of English Language and Chinese
- working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
- knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
- knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
