Job Description
- We need someone to manage project tasks in our project management software, and assist with SEO work
- We're looking for a thoughtful individual that is not just getting things done as quickly as possible, but actually thinks through the content brief/outline, catches when things may not make sense or could be done better, and doesn't need a lot of guidance for keyword research, keyword grouping, internal linking, formatting content, and setting up Ahrefs (site audits, rank tracker, portfolios, competitors).
- We don't do much link building, but you should be familiar with finding backlink opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Some project management
- Simple SEO audits using the process and template we have
- Monthly reporting using the template we use
- Ahrefs account management and updates
- Content outline creation, can use AI but they should be read over and edited because AI tends to provide the same type of content unless the prompt is really good
- Create technical SEO audits using screaming frog - we have automations to help format the audit after export
- Existing content audits (keyword mapping to existing pages)
- Content plans/strategies (combining new content from the keyword groups to the existing content audit to create one entire strategy mixed with content updates/optimizations and new content to create)
