Kyan Alam is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Marketing Department.
- As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for lead generation activity by making daily outbound calls to targeted contacts.
- The main purpose of this activity is to connect with the client, give an overview of the company and its products, determine the client’s interests and needs, gather required information, and drive interested prospects toward a demo/sales meeting.
- To obtain the necessary knowledge and understand the targeted solutions very well through the provided training.
- Generating new sales leads through making dozens of outbound calls each day and giving the client a quick overview of the company profile as well as the solutions to be market.
- Qualifying the leads and checking their interest.
- Understanding leads needs and collecting the requirements and push them towards the sales/demo meeting step.
- Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments, demos or consultations for qualified leads.
- Coordinate with Presales and Technical team to conduct technical discussions if needed.
- Log all generated leads and daily activities to the company CRM, updating the lead's information accurately on the CRM and assigning it to the designated Sales Account Manager.
- Participate in all generation activates that could help to catch new opportunity.
- Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing/telesales a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle stress
Job Type: Remote/5 working Days/Full-time/08:30 AM to 5:30 PM KSA time
