Job Description
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote Overseas strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Conduct research to identify & evaluate new markets and targeted customer needs
- Identify new business partners and growth opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
- Ensure an excellent relationship with coming potential clients & existing
- Identifying areas for expansion and development
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients an ensure professional communications
- Promote the company’s services addressing clients’ objectives
- Follow up & monitor all the logistics requirement which fulfill the governate rules & guidelines
- Give feedback & submit reports on regular bases to upper management
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with upper management
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with upper management
- Monitor projects steps to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from market/customer and competitors
- Performs other related duties as may be required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from medical reputable university.
- 5 - 7 years of experience demonstrated ability in international logistics sales .
- Ability to create sales business overseas relations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail when handling information.
- Personal organization and team-working skills, to manage the workload and ensure the production of high-quality work, and manage and prioritize a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines.
- Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills.
