Job Description
- Follow up the documentary cycle for cost work
- Disbursement of cost inputs and distribution to cost centers
- Closing expenses and distributing them directly and indirectly
- Cost line coding processes
- Determining cost centers and following up on disbursements
- Make an estimated budget for each operation and follow up on spending through the estimated budget
- Follow-up of inventory items and their cost
- Analyzes and costs work orders following company’s costing system.
- Prepares the monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material, labor, and expenses.
- Assists the accounting manager in preparing monthly journal entries
- Maintains inventory system and follows established valuation method.
- Analyzes variances from cost estimates.
- Prepares report for accounting manager and recommends changes.
- Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss or other financial activities within an organization.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Department English Preferred
- Have Experience in cost Accounting up to 7 to 10 Years
- Very good English Read and write
- Strong experience in Office programs, especially Excel
- Prioritization & multi-tasking
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytical skills
