Tendering and Cost control Engineer
Job description:
-Study and understand tender project documents
-Assist in preparing primary Quantity surveying needed for cost estimation
-Communicate with suppliers and maintain updated quotations.
-Assist in Monitoring, reporting project cost
-Monitor and track all site’s variation orders
-Assist in making periodic invoices for subcontractors
Job Requirements
Requirements / skills
- Previous proven experience in residential building (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Good command of English written and spoken
- Proficiency in autocad, Microsoft office
- Primavera is a plus
