Job Description
- Work closely with the planning and cost control departments.
- Build and maintain pricing and estimation databases and ensure outturn costs are captured.
- Identify opportunities and risks during the tender process.
- Read and understand customer’s RFQs and specifications Assess risks associated with the RFQ.
- Preparing tender documentation, including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
- Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
- Revises the offers to accommodate client’s comments whenever required Read and understand
- Customer’s RFQs and specifications Assess risks associated with the timely management of tender activities in the RFQ.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Arch Engineering.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very Good user of engineering software (2D and 3D ACAD, REVIT)
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, Strong multitasking abilities and strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills, Project management skills, and tender preparation skills.
