Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs, preparing bids, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.
- Review bid specifications, architectural plans, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Utilize construction estimating software and tools effectively.
- Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in bid presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. (preferred).
- Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written is a must.
- Proven experience as a construction estimator (minimum 10 years).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, HCSS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
