Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our real estate development team. The role involves promoting and selling residential and/or commercial units within our projects, providing excellent client service, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the company's real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, both online and offline.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and project briefings for clients.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects using CRM tools and personalized communication.
• Guide clients through the entire sales cycle — from inquiry to contract signing.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
