UULA Technologies is composed of a global team of innovators working from more than 20 countries, doing everything from publishing to design to development.------------------------------------------------Role Description:UULA is looking for a talented Community & Brand Engagement Coordinator to manage content, copywriting, and social media functions within our organization. As the Community & Brand Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media engagement plans, supporting marketing campaigns and on-ground marketing activities. Reporting to the Marketing Strategist, your responsibilities will include preparing social media engagement plans, managing brand ambassadors, and executing various marketing activities. Ultimately, you will be responsible for nurturing our ever-growing community and becoming the voice of that community.Responsibilities:Recruit, onboard, train & manage student brand ambassadorsCreate social media engagement plans utilizing memes, competitions & other interactive postsManages Social Media channels, including copywriting, creative conceptualization, and executionContribute to biweekly SM campaign reporting to draw key learnings and support with business reportingFollow key marketing, academic, and cultural calendars & keep our community up to date on the news that matters most to themManage & implement the various assigned marketing activities (e.g. Booth Activations, Brief write-up incl. Copywriting and working with Graphic Designers on creative visuals for social media)Day-to-Day initiatives executions (Vendor management & process expenses)Coordinate in the execution of partnerships, and sponsorshipsEngage with existing or new potential customers on social mediaCreate compelling, clear, and concise copy in both Arabic and English languages for various features within the applicationEnsure accurate translation and localization of all content within our applications, maintaining consistency and tone across languagesWrite engaging and user-friendly content that enhances the user experienceConduct regular reviews and audits across all applications to ensure excellent copywriting standards are metUpload and manage translations and copywriting tasks using our systemRequirements:Strong proficiency and experience in the working of various social media channels such TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat etc.Deep understanding of Social Media applications (Instagram/TikTok/X) and familiarity with their engagement featuresEnergy & fun-loving attitude - your success in this role will rely on your creativity and passion in what you doStrong written proficiency Arabic (Kuwaiti Dialect)Nice to HavePrevious experience working in a technology companyExperience in advertising, digital marketing, content marketing, or journalism is desirableUp to date with current memes & trends
