Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
· Support clients with their use of the product – answering questions and resolving problems relating to functionality, features and configuration, etc.
· Provide excellent customer service to clients. Understanding client queries quickly and providing concise, clear written and verbal instructions in order to reach a positive outcome on their issue.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
· University Degree in CS or IMS related field OR equivalent experience
· 2+ years of experience in a B2B customer support environment
· Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, networking, Internet and web servers.
· Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team
· Ability to listen, understand and handle customer issues in a timely manner
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· Good problem-solving and time management skills
· Excellent flexibility and change management skills
· Demonstrates interest to learn
· Flexible schedule
