Job Summary
The administartive Continuous Improvement -Quality Assurance Specialist works under supervision of the administartive Continuous Improvement Director & Analyst to assure the quality of administrative services and operations. He/she will perform specific quality-related functions such as assisting the administrative department personnel in properly documenting their current processes, and questioning the added value for tasks within current processes. In addition, he/she will assist in developing and preparing quality audit on administrative departments and develop and condcut quality audit plan .
Main Responsibilities
• Assisting the Administrative Continuous Improvement Director & Analyst in evaluating the tasks involved in each administrative process within the NU.
• Collecting and analyzing documents to identify the gap analysis of standards.
• Assisting the Administrative Continuous Improvement Director & Analyst in developing of audit plans, audit schedules. • Supporting in the development and conducting of quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Supporting in manage and coordinate the standard documentation procedures of al admin departments and overseeing their work.
• Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to Quality management office.
• Documenting NCRs and recommendations for Continuous improvement .
• Reviewing completed work to ensure that it meets University standards for quality and accuracy.
• Supporting in the standardization process of developing forms and templates.
• Developing checklists to evaluate the gap analysis of admin departments processes & procedures
Job Requirements
- Education, Professional Knowledge & Experience
- A fresh graduate (0-2) years bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering.
- Working knowledge of coordination, reengineering administrative processes and identifying value added activities and ways to simplifying and automate them. • Coaching, training, and advising skills.
- Familiarity with elements of national and international quality system requirements such as ISO 9000
- Ability to collect relevant data and effectively summarize and analyze the data for helping decision makers to improve the administrative processes.
- Effective communicator with management and working associate levels.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic.
- Good command in MS packages specifically spread sheets (Excel), Word and PowerPoint.
- Representative and has strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with the different software/ applications / systems used in process improvement such as Visio and data analysis
- Has the initiative to self-learning & development to stay updated regarding the latest technology
