Main Job Duties:

• Perform PPM for medical devices
  Install, Maintain and Calibrate medical devices
  Perform demos if requested
  Updating and upgrading of software and hardware of company's product
  Managing service tools and spare-parts needed
  Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission
  Follows & checks new equipment installation and handover 
  Coordinate equipment repair with vendors
  Coordinate equipment periodic planned maintenance with vendors
  Checks and monitors assets status and periodic maintenance plan
  Prepare Procurement tender document and Equipment comparison document 
  Performs regular daily reports about equipment breakdowns.
  Trains the new engineers on medical equipment.
  Identifies current and future maintenance requirements.
  Providing technical support for maintenance and repair of medical equipment and devices.
  Keeping up-to-date service history on all biomedical equipment and devices.
  User training on medical equipment for operation and safety 
  Knowledge of standards of use, maintenance, and medical equipment repairs.
