Job Description
- Inspect, maintain, and repair biomedical equipment, including diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring devices.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct regular calibration of medical equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Test equipment functionality and safety to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new biomedical equipment.
- Provide training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of devices.
- Ensure all biomedical devices meet safety and quality standards, minimizing risks to patients and staff.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of medical devices, spare parts, and consumables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a medical company or healthcare setting.
