Job Description
- Guide and monitor team members of technicians and engineers with daily report to the manager.
- Responsible of quality assurance regarding to the standards of GAHAR and JCI.
- Organize and demonstrate training for new equipment .
- Monitor the performance and quality of the service contracts with KPIs indicators periodically.
- Contribute with the team in any technical Problem.
- Cooperate with the manager for preparing annual plan for the department and renewing service contracts .
- Supervise on any out taken devices for repair.
- Ensure that medical equipment matching the required necessary standards and approve all the medical purchasing deals with suppliers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of biomedical engineering
- Health care experience is a MUST
- Strong background in medical technology, engineering, science, business management.
- 2 to 4 years experience in the same position
- Have experience in hospital which have JCI accreditation is preferred
- Have an experience of technical evaluation of the medical equipment.
- Strong management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong leadership skills and high integrity.
- Ability to work independently and exercise creativity.
- Strong analytical and problem solving , detailed oriented reporting skills.
- Strong relations with suppliers and purchasers
