Role Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Partnership & Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic partnerships, drive revenue from B2B clients, and manage high-value relationships across the healthcare, insurance, and banking sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with insurers, corporates, banks, and health service providers.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and contract renewal.
• Lead partner onboarding, integration, and relationship management.
• Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor partner performance, analyze ROI, and prepare regular reporting.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Represent Axon in partner meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
Job Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B partnerships, key account management, or business development (preferably in healthtech, insurance, or fintech).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver partner-specific value.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
