Job Description
- Service, install, maintain and calibrate laboratory devices.
- Perform demos if requested.
- Updating and upgrading of software and hardware of company's product.
- Managing service tools and spare-parts needed.
- Conduct product demos and assist in evaluations.
- Respond to service requests and maintain records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years experience, in laboratory field is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willing to travel within territory.
- Preferred: Owns a car.
