Job Description
- Supervise and follow up on all branch services (cleaning, security, and maintenance) and resolve all related issues in coordination with central management.
- Receive sick leave requests from employees daily and send them to the HRIS department for approval by the branch physician and the Employee Benefits Department.
- Responsible for receiving daily job applications and sending them to the HR department.
- Follow up on inspections conducted by government employees at the branch (food inspectors, occupational health and safety, and licensing) and implement instructions.
- Follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work at the branch.
- Pay all branch-related bills (water, electricity, and rent).

- Experience from 1 -2 years as Administrative & fleet
- Bachelor's degree
- Max age 38 years old
