Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Respond to client and staff inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and conferences.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in an administrative role.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
