Job Description
We are seeking a presentable receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In addition to front desk duties, this role will provide valuable support to our HR team in recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining reception supplies.
- Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
- Address needed inquiries and provide information about our company.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, schedule interviews and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants and track recruitment progress.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office representative or in a similar administrative role.
- Candidates from Obour City or the surrounding area are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to deal with confidential data.
