Mirrorful Software Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Operations Department. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in business analysis, working closely with a dynamic team to drive impactful solutions.
The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting project execution, and assisting in the QA process. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and team members to ensure business objectives are met effectively.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or
related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years in business analysis, project management, or related roles
(internships or academic projects acceptable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O ice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or ClickUp (preferred).
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered practices (preferred).
• Experience with diagramming tools like Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart (highly desirable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
