Job Description
- Handling Client's Request.
- Conduct file search in our data bank, website as per specific criteria.
- Conduct screening CVs received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc..
- Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports.
- Send the client short-listed CVs and the related assessment reports.
- Receive feedback on the short-listed CVs from client.
- Issue the invoice and send it to the client after the successful hiring.
- Follow up with the client till getting the collection.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
