Job Description

  • Handling Client's Request.
  • Conduct file search in our data bank, website as per specific criteria.
  • Conduct screening CVs received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc..
  • Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports.
  • Send the client short-listed CVs and the related assessment reports.
  • Receive feedback on the short-listed CVs from client.
  • Issue the invoice and send it to the client after the successful hiring.
  • Follow up with the client till getting the collection.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
