y · Field Engineering Manager is responsible for the EPC project engineering activities as per the Project scope, from the initiation of design development, optimization, ensure review, Correction, Adherence of required design studies, Implementation, Completion of defined milestones and Issuance of IFC. 
· Manage a team of engineers, drafters, CAD technicians, and support technical specialists to record, analyze, and review project scope, specifications, plans, and design data.
 · Define Scope matrix / Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with each engineering subcontractor. · Award projects to eligible and suitable Engineering sub-contractors for individual projects. 
· Coordinate with clients, internal departments for engineering completion and correctness.
 · Measure, monitor and manage Engineering sub-contractor performance. · Define strategic target for milestone achievement
 · Analyze, evaluate, and recommend designs for feasibility, build-ability, and cost-effectiveness 
· Develop, review, and revise plans and specifications in accordance with the project objectives and current building codes and regulations 
· Communicate and implement project design changes throughout the project life cycle 
· Review and evaluate contract documents for accuracy and completeness, and negotiate revisions and clarifications with Design contractors. 
· Manage budget, schedules, and time duration 
· Develop and maintain design standards and project specifications 
· Collaborate with construction personnel on project issues, address the technical queries. 
· Lead, motivate, and support large teams of engineers 
· Laise with Customer, Design Consultant, Vendors for Engineering Matters.
 · Conduct / attend weekly Progress meeting and record the outcome as action items. 
· Coordinates for Design studies and TPI assignments / Selection and Evaluation.
 · Engineering shall be involved for all engineering matters from initiation to Delivering the As-Built to the customer
