In partnership with key technology providers, this role focuses on driving adoption and maximizing the utility of collaboration platforms, particularly within non-technical departments such as HR, finance, and business lines. The ideal candidate will have a customer success-oriented approach with a strong background in program and project management in digital transformation, adept at delivering hands-on adoption strategies that resonate across functions.ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities Adoption Leadership: Lead adoption and engagement initiatives for end-user collaboration tools, ensuring impactful usage across client environments with a focus on achieving measurable business valueCross-Department Engagement: Work closely with varied client departments—including HR, finance, and operational business units—to understand their unique needs and articulate value in ways that are relevant to their goalsWorkshop Facilitation & Design Thinking: Plan and conduct user-centric workshops using design thinking techniques to uncover end-user needs and optimize tool adoption strategiesProgram & Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans, encompassing use case catalogues, training initiatives, and end-user communication strategies as part of ongoing digital transformation initiativesTool Familiarity & Best Practices: Leverage a strong working knowledge of collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft’s suite (including Copilot and generative AI applications) and ServiceNow, implementing best practices to drive meaningful client outcomesTraining & Enablement: Design and implement training programs, alongside enablement resources, to support smooth onboarding and sustained engagement with collaboration technologiesUse Case Development: Create and maintain a library of use cases to illustrate specific value points, demonstrating the practical benefits of the tools to various client functionsQualificationsWhat we’re looking for Required skills / qualificationsSignificant experience in customer success, program management, or project management, with a focus on driving tool adoption and engagement within large organizationsExpertise in facilitating workshops and applying design thinking methodologies to guide user-centric solutions and enhance adoption strategiesProven ability to engage cross-functionally with client departments, including non-technical functions, to define and drive tailored value propositionsStrong understanding of end-user collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft technologies, CoPilot, generative AI, and ServiceNow, with a track record of applying best practices to achieve client successExcellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional communications, and align stakeholders around adoption goalsExperience developing end-user communications and powerful engaging content and training resources, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audienceBachelor’s Degree: A foundational degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or similar disciplines Preferred skills / qualificationsExperience with cutting-edge technology organizations, particularly within the UAE or the GCC region.A collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork, adaptable to Core42’s culture of innovation and client-centricityMaster’s Degree (Preferred): A Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Development, or a related field is often preferred, offering deeper insight into leadership and strategy development.Prosci Change Management Certification: A key certification for any change management role.
