Job Description
- Programing skills in any type of PLCs, HMIs.
- Develop manufacturing drawings and Bill of Material.
- Assess project requirements and system specifications based on international standards, industrial requirements and regulations.
- Select the components required to execute the design.
- Lead the automation engineers and work alongside a design team, overseeing the manufacturing process.
- Issue the design project document and write the project’s activities and user manual.
- Draft technical specifications (hardware and software, including coding and software production rules) and functional / organic analyzes of the various automation and supervision projects
- Performing industrial automation programming of the various subsystems and update the existing source codes
- Developing interface applications with an object-oriented language
- Participating in the tests and commissioning of the subsystems
- Debugging source codes during installation and warranty phase
- Managing deviations and modification requests and applying the necessary changes until the final approval of the project
- Drafting automation equipment list (including their references), software versioning, etc.…
- Carry out cycle diagrams, functional analysis and logic diagrams of the automation from the project specifications
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing (automation)
- Technical Skills Industrial Automation System especially European systems (SIEMENS, BECKHOFF, B&R, and Mitsubishi )
- Education: BSc. Degree electrical, electromechanical or mechatronics
- Experience With Controlling Pneumatic System and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and associated programming languages (S7)
- Excellent supervision systems (SCADA, WinCC) knowledge and their interfaces.
- Excellent network configuration (single ring, double rings, Switch settings, etc.) knowledge.
- Capacity to understand the origin of a malfunction (parameter drift, overheating, etc.) and determine the actions to be taken to restore the automation ASAP.
- Knowledge of the standards and regulations within the electrical field (low current, HV/LV power supply and electromechanical).
- Motivational, good communication skills and proactivity attitude
- Microsoft Office is a must
- English is a must
- Railway Experience is a must
- French is a plus
- Previous experience in international companies is a plus
