Job Description
- Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, team performance, and cost control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in Mobile. With at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process-related standards
- Experience in process simulations
