Job Description
- Developing design concepts keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage, and environmental impact.
- Creating effective presentations using a variety of visual media.
- Managing design projects from concept development to completion.
- Coordinating with the project team of architects and specialized engineers to complete the project drawings.
- Produce mood boards and samples for Exterior designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in the required job duties.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, and Photoshop is a must.
- Experience in Lumion, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp is preferable.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in teams.
- Flexibility to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English Language.
