We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Architectural BIM/CAD Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural shop drawings and BIM models, ensuring accurate coordination with other disciplines, and maintaining design integrity throughout all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural shop drawings and BIM models based on design documents and project specifications.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical trades to identify and resolve clashes.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards throughout all drawing sets.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare material schedules as needed.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input from an architectural perspective.
- Prepare RFIs for missing or unclear design information.
- Generate accurate as-built drawings upon project completion.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and BIM coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and design intent.
- Above-average English communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with international clients and team members.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with USA-based architectural standards is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of U.S. building codes and architectural standards (IBC, ADA, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working on various project types (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and project coordination processes.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior architects or draftsmen.
