Job Description
- Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency.
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting different control problems (PLC , Drives,…etc)
- Programming for PLC (S7-300, S7-1500, and S7-1200) and HMI using TIA Portal, SIMATIC Step7.
- Applying maintenance procedures and ensuring people and equipment safety.
- Create test procedures to ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process.
- Repair and perform quality control of electrical equipment.
- Ensure all techniques, procedures, and designs meet appropriate compliance standards.
- Support the working team administratively and technically on a daily basis.
- Achieve and analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.
- Aware of different electrical instrumentation devices.
- Cooperate with the purchasing department for any technical issues.
- Revise spare parts strategic items on an annual basis.
- Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal and ensure that the replaced used parts are returned back to the Store.
- Review and modify the spare parts item card limit to ensure spare parts availability.
- Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive them on the system.
- Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly.
- Annual revision for equipment fixed assists registry.
- Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM(preventive maintenance) programs.
- Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Graduate, Electrical Major (Power/Automation)
- 1-3 years of Experience (preferably Pharmaceutical/ Automation)
- Leadership skills.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English level (Writing and Speaking).
- Good computer skills.
- Time Management.
