Job Description
- Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers.
- Negotiates pricing and terms with suppliers to maximize quality, price and delivery.
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
- Discover and collaborate with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.
- Directs and engages in vendor pricing and quality standards.
- Remains current on market trends with competitors, suppliers, and maintains procurement pipelines with alternative vendors.
- Match current materials specs from new sources with Quality control department.
- Requesting samples from new sources upon our quality standard.
- Follow clearance procedures with logistics dep.
- Follow up stability study requests with R&D.
- Manage suppliers and materials approval cycle.
- Handle change control requests until closure.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in relevant major.
- Language: Excellent English Language proficiency.
- Computer: Excellent Computer skills proficiency.
- Years of Experience: From 2 - 6 years in Chemicals Procurement (Foreign and Local) in Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals or Chemical Industries Only.
