We're Hiring: Spanish Inbound Tour Operator

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences for international visitors? We're looking for a dedicated Spanish Inbound Tour Operator to join our growing team and handle both B2B and B2C tour operations for groups and individuals.
Job Description
Manage inbound tour packages (B2B & B2C) for individuals and groups.
Handle tailor-made travel requests with a focus on personalized experiences.
Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand and fulfill their travel needs.
Prepare detailed rate quotations and tour itineraries.
Coordinate contracting with hotels, Nile cruises, and other suppliers.
Organize and book domestic flights, train tickets, ground transportation, accommodations, activities, and excursions.
Issue service vouchers and travel documentation.
Prepare commercial invoices for clients and accounting purposes.
Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
3 to 10 years of experience in inbound tourism.
Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
