The largest fund placement firm in the Middle East is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join and support our Partner Relations team!This hands-on, 6 months graduate trainee program is designed to offer the right candidate the responsibility and experience similar to that of a full-time analyst on the team. The projects, and day-to-day responsibilities will provide extensive exposure to the top global fund managers across the US, Europe, and Asia, as well insight into the regional investor universe.This is the ideal opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial, recent graduate looking for an all-encompassing, fast-paced, challenging role.Job Tasks: We are looking for someone to join Greenstone and support the team across a range of projects and assignments. Tasks that you would take ownership of would include:Prepare research reports on industry verticals, Greenstone’s competitors, and other third parties to expand and evolve GSE’s business.Review internal meeting reports to identify potential product/investor fit opportunities.Market map prospective fund manager partners for targeted strategies, sectors, and geographies.Build and update target lists of prospective Fund Manager Partners that Greenstone should approach.Assist the due diligence process by reviewing investor presentations and other investment materials, cleaning data, and conducting further research when needed.Update and maintain the CRM database with information relating to prospective and current fund manager partners.Assist with webinars, updating marketing materials, and other ad hoc projects when required.Requirements to applyMinimum Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics/Business (from a top global university preferred)Keen interest in the financial services and investments industrySome understanding of alternative investments e.g. Private EquityProficiency in Excel and a fundamental knowledge of investment analysisDesire to learn and the commitment, attitude, and energy to take on challengesExcellent communication skillsKey Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a fundamental knowledge of investment analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsExtremely detail-orientedIndependently drivenQuick learnerWhat Can Greenstone Offer You?Insight into how an institutional Partner Relations team operatesUnparalleled exposure to the top global fund managers across the US, Europe, and AsiaInsight into the regional investor universe.Real responsibility and the opportunity to add real value to internal and external processesConsistent feedback from your Line Manager to improve your skillsReference from Line ManagerExceptional graduates will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time contract if there is a vacancyWe are offering more than just an internship; it is a kick-start to a long a fruitful career in the investment and fund placement industry!
